Now Hiring for a Full-time, Maintenance Assistant for a 192 unit property in Columbia, MD.

MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Take good care of our properties and we’ll take good care of you!
Are you skilled in the areas of residential property maintenance and repair and do you possess a “Yes We Can” attitude? If so, we are looking for you!

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician that has a diverse skill set. Ideal candidate should have a general maintenance background to include experience with:

• HVAC – Must be HVAC Certified
• Plumbing
• Painting
• Molding
• Refrigeration
• Carpentry
• Electrical repairs

Must also possess excellent customer service skills and be a team player! This candidate will be responsible for general as well as preventative maintenance repairs. Must be available to work rotating weekends as well as on call duties for emergency situations.
